Martial Arts! BJJ, UFC, MMA and more! - Dojo Muscle

Quick story 2 years ago I broke my right foot in training BJJ. It wasn't fun.

Trying to hobble around for weeks on end was some serious stuff.

In that time though I learned how devastating it can be to get an injury like this.

And I know we don't want to outwardly hurt anyone we train with but having these tools in your arsenal, can go a long way to defeating higher ranking opponents.

It wasn't so funny when I had to get a plate in my shoe so I didn't walk naturally.

It really threw my gait off for almost a year. What I learned also is leg locks are such low hanging fruit because it's literally 40% of your game which is hugely neglected or looked at as dirty.

Which just isn't true. It's dirty only if your opponent doesn't know or understand them.

Anyhow lately I have been using these moves to great improvement.

IF you train BJJ or MMA then we have a recipe for success for you.

We are LIVE with the Leg Lock Academy.

We teamed up with UFC Fighter Alan Belcher to put together this nasty leg lock product.

Right now we are giving away a bunch of free things.
