Most Of Your Town Has No Idea You Exist. That Changes Now.

Here is a hard number. Most of the families in your town have never heard of your school.

Not just the ones who drive past. The ones who live a few miles from your front door. They would love what you do. Their kid needs it. And they have no idea you exist.

You are invisible to most of your own neighborhood. Not because you are bad at what you do. Because nobody has put you in front of them enough times to stick.

You already know the fix is mail. You have known for a year.

And you still have not run it.

Not because you are lazy. Because you teach six days a week, you run the front desk, you coach, you clean the mats, and "design and mail a campaign" sits at the bottom of a list that never ends. So it never happens. Another season goes by. The town still does not know you.

One drop does nothing. That is the part people miss.

Most owners who do try mail send one postcard, get a couple of calls, and decide mail does not work.

Mail did not fail. One touch failed.

People do not act the first time they see you. They act around the third. The card that works is the third card hitting the same house, when your name has gone from "never heard of them" to "oh yeah, those guys, I keep seeing them."

That is why the drops have to hit the same homes, on a schedule, over months. Not one blast to a different list every time you remember. The repetition is the whole engine.

    • First drop: they do not know you, and barely notice
    • Second drop: your name starts to feel familiar
    • Third drop: familiar turns into trusted, and trusted calls

And now you can actually see it work

The old knock on mail was that you could not track it. You dropped cards into the void and hoped.

That is over. A QR code on the card and a dashboard behind it means you watch it happen. Scans coming in. Website traffic climbing in the exact zip codes you mailed. Which neighborhood lit up, and which one did not.

Real Talk. That is the thing digital people swear you cannot get from print. You can. Someone just had to build the tracking into the campaign.

This all has a new home: eddm360.com

We built the whole thing into one system so you never touch the logistics. It is called EDDM 360, and it just got its own site.

Here is what it actually does for you:

    • Picks your routes off real census and demographic data, not a guess
    • Designs, prints, and mails oversized 6.5 by 12 cards to the same homes across three drops
    • Tracks every scan and traffic lift on a live dashboard, with a real rep on your account

You hand over a zip code and who your customer is. They handle routes, design, printing, postage, and delivery. You go back to teaching. The neighborhood keeps hearing from you anyway.

Is it worth paying someone to do it?

Straight answer. Done for you costs more than buying cards and mailing them yourself. It should. Someone else is carrying the part you aren't doing. And in reality if you don't have someone doing it for you - there is a good chance you won't be consistent with it because you are busy running your business.

So run the honest math. Your time on the mat is where your money gets made, not on a print portal at 11pm. And a campaign that actually runs all three drops beats a cheaper one that dies after the first because you got busy.

It comes down to three questions:

    • Will you really run all three drops on time, yourself?
    • Is your hour worth more coaching than doing logistics?
    • Do you want to see the numbers, or guess?

Flinch on any of those and done for you is the cheaper option in the end.

The easiest way in is the free route scan. You see exactly which streets and how many homes around your school you are missing, before you spend a dollar.

See the whole system here eddm360.com.

Want to build it yourself first? Our EDDM cards start at $537 for 1,000 homes, and a trial pass to hand out runs $97 for 1,000. Same principle, your hands on the wheel.

Your town is not ignoring you. It just cannot see you yet.

Three drops. The same homes. A dashboard that proves it.

    Time to get seen.
