Make People Better, Even if it's only 1 Person at a Time
This AM I checked my store admin, and we sold an amazing amount of videos to schools all over the world.
Australia, Canada, UK, Spain, Cape Town South Africa, All over America, Brazil,and more! This is incredible.
If you would have asked me a few years ago if I thought my companies would be global and selling to people all over the world I'd have said you were drinking whiskey and to put it down.
But here we are. Helping martial arts schools everywhere.
And you know what. this is more than videos to me.
This is more than creating the hottest most effective tools in the game to me.
This is near and dear to my heart.
I was bullied when I was a little kid.
I was tortured by a bully for about 3 months in elementary school. My grandfather during that time taught me how to box. (He was a champion boxer in the Army and had hands of stone)
One day I finally confronted that bully. And I won (and gave him a nice shiner) after that we became friends.
That situation molded me.
But life sometimes beats you down, and for a while I started to lose my way, until jiu jitsu training.
Which has changed my life for the better.
And made me realize how strong I really am, inside and out.
How long does it take to get a black belt? Most people don't get a black belt.
Most people don't push to their heights or push through their lows.
We are different though. We do the things others are afraid of.
So we can be an example for others to live by. We are similar.
And this is what you DO. You change the world.
Martial arts today is needed more than ever. Look around at this crazy world.
That's your duty. That's your calling. That's your talent.
Now if you ask my jitz instructor I am terrible at teaching moves, I mixed up my left and right all the time.
(I am a south paw) So i'm no good there.
But.
MY calling is to help you help as many people as possible with my talents.
And together we can help change the world.
One person at a time.
One punch, one kick, one block, one choke, one gi, one tear, one drop of sweat, one drop of blood at a time.
Together we can help make the world better. Because that's what martial arts is about anyhow.
Making people better.
It ain't about leads, or sales, or fancy cars, or egos, or or any of that shallow nonsense.
Those things are ok in small amounts like salt. But it's about something bigger.
It's about HEART.
Which you can't buy.
You can only be born with it or learn it through suffering and training.
If you are helping people grow with martial arts lessons then you got that.
Because believe us both there are a lot easier ways to make money.
If you do this there is a love, that transcends all of the other material things in this world.
There is a need to change the world. Even if it's only 1 person at a time.
And my job is to help you get as many people through the door so you can change their lives as well.
