It doesn't matter what you do or who you are, if you wait on a good opportunity too long it spoils.
You have to make it happen.
We talked about the fact that some of the martial arts owners wait until the last minute for a lot of things.

People wait until the last minute, or worse they wait until the thing they need to do is already way late in the game.
Video is a baby right now. There is power getting in at the ground level.
If more people used video, more owners would see more sales over the long haul.
